Avon: July 20, 2016 at age 80. She is survived by her children, Mark (Barbara) Gibson of Lacrosse, WI, Todd (Jennifer) Gibson of Allen, TX, Jill (Murray) Wingate of Livonia and Megan (Farid) Najmolhoda of Bonney Lake, WA; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews. Norma was predeceased by her husband, Harold R. Gibson; brother, Dr. Richard W. Furst.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 1 PM at the Avon United Methodist Church, 130 Genesee St., Avon. Interment, Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of the United States, 1255 23rd St. NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20037 or the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.
