LIMA - January 19th, 2018 at age 62. Diane is survived by her children, Ryan Fields of FL, Cory (Natasha) Fields of VA, Haley (Joseph) Walker of NC; parents, Tom and Kathy Moon; sisters, Susan (Craig) Fraser, Cathy Moon; brothers, John, Tom (Karen) Moon Jr.; granddaughters, Lyla, Savanah, Alyssa, Yalena, Zoe, Penelope; several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral mass will be held Saturday, January 27th, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Rose Church, Lima. Arrangements by O’Connell-Dougherty Funeral Home.
