AVON - October 13, 2019 at age 87. She is survived by her children, James (Janice) Ryan, Patricia (Thomas) Mulvaney, Elizabeth Ryan, William Ryan, Katherine Ryan; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Jane was predeceased by her husband, James E. Ryan; granddaughter, Barbara Ryan; sisters, Beatrice Surridge, Doris Ott; brother, Robert Surridge.
Jane volunteered as a Livingston County Home Health Aide. She also volunteered for Teresa House, Multiple Sclerosis Assoc. and as a Literacy Volunteer. She was an avid quilt maker who made many handmade quilts in her lifetime.
Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 2-5 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. Friday, October 18, 2019 at 10 AM her Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agnes Church, Avon. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice, 2 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
