Lima – May 24, 2020 at age 92. She is survived by her daughter, Roseanne (Edward) Waterstraat of Lima; granddaughters, Theresa Rose (Nate) Crossett of Sandy Creek, NY, Michele Waterstraat of Lima; great grandson Waylon Robert Crossett; brother, Anthony Damasca of SC; several nieces and nephews. Mildred was predeceased by her son Joseph D. Guardino in 2000.
Mildred moved to Lima in 2000 after living in Dalton, MA for 30 years. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. She loved her grandchildren deeply and enjoyed there yearly family trips to Disney. She was active in helping her daughter with the Lima Girl Scouts Troop and volunteered as a grandparent helper at Honeoye Falls Lima School. She enjoyed going to the casino and was an avid TV watcher.
Her Memorial Mass will be held at later date and time to be announced. Private interment St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery, Honeoye Falls, NY. Memorials may be made to the St. Rose Church, PO Box 8A Lima, NY 14485 or the Lima Volunteer Ambulance, PO Box 355 Lima, NY 14485.
