Avon Passed away November 5, 2022 at age 92. She was predeceased by her husband Bill; son John; granddaughter Samantha. She is survived by her 2 daughters Sandra (Carl) Cornish, LuAnn (Dan) Johnson; 3 sons Bill (Kathy), Steve, Chris (Desiree); 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Butch (Dorothy), Bob (Joan) Batzel; good friend and care giver Bob Rosie; best friend Sarah Butler.
Jean retired from Geneseo Central School. She loved to cook and bake. She enjoyed her children and grandkids.
Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 4 – 7 PM at the Stephenson – Dougherty Funeral Home 350 Genesee Street, Avon where her funeral service will be held Friday, November 11, 2022 at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneseo.
